“In 2021, I started as an Assistant Store Manager in our Boutique in Eindhoven. After a while, I felt like I was missing a bit of a challenge, so I decided to speak up about it. My manager responded really positively and genuinely thought along with me. Not long after that, I got the opportunity to become Store Manager in Tilburg. That step gave me a whole new boost of energy. And when the Retail Support Employee role became available, I applied immediately. It felt like the perfect next step.”

The variety in my work, combined with still contributing to the success of our Boutiques, makes my job both fun and meaningful. We have a close-knit team that works really well together. Even though structures sometimes change, the atmosphere always stays strong. And what I love most is that I help support stores that bring the My Jewellery story to life for our customers every single day.”
