From Boutique to Headquarters
“My My Jewellery journey started in the Boutique in Breda while studying International Business and Management. I quickly became a Keyholder and Daily Supervisor, and after graduating, I joined the Customer Care team at Headquarters through a colleague. I started as a Customer Care Employee, but soon grew into a Senior role and later Teamlead. That’s where I discovered how much I enjoyed working on process improvements and team development.”
“That eventually led to a completely new role: Business Analyst Customer Care. What made it extra special was that I had the freedom to shape the role myself. I worked on optimisation projects while also leading a team of Coaches and Seniors. Since then, the role has evolved into Product Owner Customer Care, where I still focus on projects and improvement initiatives within the team. No day is ever the same. That dynamic, combined with the strong collaboration and positive atmosphere, makes my work incredibly valuable.”
Dedication leads to impact
“I’ve learned that setting goals and working hard really pays off. Because I’ve experienced almost every role within Customer Care, I can now use that knowledge every day to help the team grow further. I might just be proof that giving 110% can take you very far. At My Jewellery, there’s truly room to grow if you show ambition and initiative. For me, a workday feels like a celebration when I see happy customers, receive a kind message, or when we achieve something great together as a team.”
