Growing by embracing new challenges
“As a Junior Area Manager, I’m responsible for the South-East region together with my colleague Lotte. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly what makes my job so enjoyable. One day I’m analyzing results and discussing opportunities with Store Managers, and the next I’m in a Boutique coaching and supporting teams. That variety is what gives me energy.”
“What I enjoy most is supporting teams and leaders. Together, we look at how we can bring out the best in a team, achieve our goals and make sure everyone enjoys coming to work. Every Boutique is different and has its own needs, which keeps the job dynamic and challenging.”
From intern to Junior Area Manager
“My journey at My Jewellery started five years ago as an intern. From there, I grew step by step: from Sales Assistant to Floor Manager, then Assistant Store Manager, followed by Store Manager of our Eindhoven Flagship Store. Today, I’m proud to call myself a Junior Area Manager.”

“The people are what truly make me feel at home here. Whether you work in a Boutique or at our Head Office, everyone is approachable and supportive. There’s an open atmosphere where you can be yourself and where colleagues genuinely help each other. Collaboration is also at the heart of our team. We motivate each other, think along and work together towards our goals. Of course, we celebrate the big successes, but for me it’s often the small moments that matter most. Taking time to appreciate what’s going well, complimenting each other and feeling proud of our achievements together creates so much positive energy.”
