No two days are the same
“As Store Manager of the Atelier in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, I have an incredibly varied role. I lead the team, make sure the Boutique always looks its best and love helping customers. Besides that, I work on schedules, job interviews and development conversations. That combination of operational, commercial and people-focused work is exactly what makes my job so much fun.”
“Recently, I took on an additional challenge as Training Ambassador for the Ateliers. I develop training sessions and visit different ateliers to deliver them. This allows me to help colleagues grow and bring out the best in our teams together.”
From Sales Assistant to Store Manager
“My journey started in the Boutique in Eindhoven as a Sales Assistant. Back then, I never imagined I would eventually become a Store Manager. Step by step, I grew into the roles of Senior Sales Assistant, Assistant Store Manager and eventually Store Manager of the Atelier in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. When that opportunity came along, I immediately knew it was the right fit for me. I was especially drawn to the creative side of the Atelier. Even now, I continue to develop myself. I regularly help onboard new Store Managers and provide training within the Ateliers. The fact that I still get new opportunities and challenges makes me incredibly happy.”
Building success together

Of course, we celebrate the big successes, but it’s often the small moments that make it special. Reaching a target together, giving each other compliments or simply enjoying a great day at work. Those are the moments that energise me every single day.”
