Learning by doing
“My workday always starts together with the Stock Control team. We discuss the planning, align priorities and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done. After that, I focus on checking products, stock locations and inventory levels in the warehouse. It’s important that everything is correct in the system so customers receive their orders without any issues. That responsibility makes my work interesting. You know that what you do has a direct impact on the customer experience. I also work closely with different departments, which means no two days are ever the same.”
“What I enjoy most about my job is that I learn something new every day. Since joining My Jewellery, I’ve developed many new skills and grown as a person. I’ve discovered how much I enjoy solving problems, improving processes and finding solutions together with colleagues. The atmosphere within the team also makes a huge difference. We work hard, support each other and have fun at the same time. That creates a positive environment where you’re motivated to keep improving yourself.”
Proud of what we achieve together
“One moment I’m especially proud of was our annual stock audit. During the audit, our physical inventory matched the inventory in the system perfectly. That was a huge achievement for the entire team. Results like that show how much care and attention everyone puts into their work every day. No one achieves that alone. It was truly a team success, and that’s what made it so special.”
“I feel most at home when we’re working together towards a common goal. We support each other, work hard and still make time for fun. That’s what makes our team so strong. At the end of each shift, we often look back on the day and see how many orders we’ve processed. Behind those numbers are thousands of customers receiving their orders. Celebrating both the big successes and the small daily wins together only makes our team stronger.”
