Staying focused on the German market every day
“As E-commerce Lead, I focus on the performance of our German storeview. I keep a close eye on KPIs such as revenue, sessions and conversion, and I’m always looking for opportunities to reach our goals. I don’t do that alone, but together with different teams across My Jewellery.”
“My morning usually starts with checking our results and data. Every week, I create an overview of our performance and discuss it with the team. We look at what’s working well, where we can improve and which opportunities we see for the future.”
Testing ideas and continuing to improve
“What I love about my work is that I get to connect different people and insights. I’m part of the Content team and work closely with colleagues from E-commerce, Marketing and Retail to further strengthen the German market.”
“I also work on SEO and GEO initiatives. Together with my fellow copywriter, I create plans to increase our organic traffic and contribute to long-term results. What I really like is that we often get the chance to actually test our ideas. We try things out, learn from them and keep improving. That makes my work dynamic and challenging.”

“I love how we work together as a team, how well we get along and how much fun we have while working. That truly gives me energy, and it feels like I’m working with friends. That atmosphere makes all the difference to me. We laugh a lot, support each other and celebrate each other’s successes. I’m proud of how we work as a team and how we always help one another. You can see that dedication in our results. We’ve taken great steps this year and we keep moving forward.”
Seizing opportunities at the right moment
“I started at My Jewellery as a German Copywriter. Over time, I took on more and more responsibility within SEO and GEO. Eventually, I grew into the role of E-commerce Lead. What makes this step even more special is that the role didn’t exist when I first started. When it was created, I seized the opportunity. To me, that’s exactly what Let’s grow together means: getting the space to develop yourself, taking responsibility and contributing to the growth of My Jewellery through your work.”

“What have I learned during my time at My Jewellery? How valuable it is to work with the right people. It brings out the best in everyone. I’ve also learned that there is often more possible than you think. If something doesn’t work one way, we’ll find another. Trust plays a big role in that. You need to be able to trust that everyone does their work in the best possible way. When that trust is there, you can achieve really great results as a team.”

“During our start-of-the-week meeting, colleagues from Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands come together and share stories and photos from their weekend. It may seem like a small thing, but it really helps us get to know each other beyond work. Especially because we work across different countries, those moments matter. They create connection, trust and team spirit. And that’s what makes My Jewellery a place where I enjoy working and where I can keep developing myself.”
